Michael Borm wanted Claude Code working across his firm but didn't want to figure out the setup, the agents, and the data plumbing himself. Most consultants quoted a six-figure scope to even start.
We scoped the engagement to what actually mattered. Claude Code workspace setup, custom MCP servers exposing Wealthique's portfolio and compliance data, and agent workflows handling reporting prep for advisors.
The infra plugs into their existing tooling. Advisors interact with Claude Code as part of their daily flow, not a separate product.
Consulting that ends at the slide deck doesn't work for AI infra. We stayed embedded through implementation, debugging the rough edges as advisors actually used it.
First version covered reporting prep and compliance lookups. Each subsequent iteration added scope based on what advisors were actually asking the system to do.
Wealthique now has internal AI infra that grows as they grow, owned by their team, with Aevolve on call when something needs tweaking.
