Bryan Amouyal's sales motion was glued together from five different tools and three different VAs. Leads slipped, follow-ups missed, and the team couldn't tell which channel was actually generating revenue.

We built one automated sales channel covering the whole pipeline. Sourcing through Apify against ICP filters. Enrichment layered on top. Personalized first-touch and follow-up sequences through Smartlead, copy drafted by Claude. Reply handling routes warm leads to a booking flow.

n8n stitches everything together so the team sees one pipeline, not five disconnected tools.
