Isaiah Jones had inbound coming in from forms, LinkedIn, and cold reply traffic, all going to different places. The team was logging deals manually, and good leads sat cold while reps figured out who to message first.

We built a Claude Code workspace with three sub-agents. One scores leads against Isaiah's ICP and pushes them into the right HubSpot stage. One drafts personalized first-touch copy enriched off LinkedIn and the company page. One handles CRM hygiene, keeping deal stages, contact properties, and last-touch dates synced.

All three agents run inside the workspace and connect to HubSpot through n8n. The reps see one clean pipeline.

Most lead automation builds break when the CRM gets messy. We built CRM hygiene as its own agent so the rest of the system actually works long-term.

The system shipped in three weeks. Lead scoring went live first, then outreach copy, then CRM hygiene once the upstream pieces were stable.

Isaiah's team now opens HubSpot to a clean, scored, ranked pipeline every morning. They spend their time on calls, not on logging.
