Read the full write-up

Avision Digital shoots photos and video for real estate listings. When a booking comes in now, the folders, the share link and the job in ClickUp are ready before anyone touches it. In 2026 we also built Isaiah a system that finds video ideas and drafts scripts for his own channel.

01The situation

Bookings came in by email, and no two looked the same. Someone had to read each one, make the folders for the client and the property, create a share link, open the job in ClickUp with its tasks and let the team know.

02What we found

Reading the booking was the only step that needed any thought. The rest was the same set-up every time.

03What we recommended

Use AI for the reading, since every booking is written differently, and automate the rest. The shoot and the edit stay with the team.

04What we built

When a booking email arrives, AI pulls out the client’s name and the property address. The system then makes the client and property folders in Google Drive with a share link, opens the job in ClickUp’s Active Shoots list with its tasks, from editing the photos through to final review and delivery, and posts it to the management channel in Slack. In 2026 we built Isaiah a content system for his own channel. It collects videos that already worked in his niche, scores ideas against his audience and drafts scripts from his brand documents. He decides what gets filmed.

05How it went live

The booking system went live in May 2025, and we handed it over with recorded walkthroughs. The content system followed between June and August 2026.

06What changed

New bookings show up already set up. The folders, the link and the tasks are waiting before anyone opens ClickUp.
