Read the full write-up
Automated Investments builds Amazon brands with investor partners, so it always needs to meet new investors. We built two channels that run every weekday, LinkedIn and email, and both stop the moment someone replies so a person can take over.
01The situation
Finding investors meant writing to the right people one at a time, every day, on LinkedIn and by email.
02What we found
The personal note was what got people to reply, and it was also what took the time. Everything around it was the same routine every day.
03What we recommended
Let AI write the personal note, automate the routine around it, and hand over to a person as soon as anyone replies.
04What we built
On LinkedIn, the system takes the next prospects from the list each weekday, a different investor group and city each day. AI writes a short connection note for each person, the requests go out, and a daily report lands by email. It checks for replies every two hours, and when someone replies it marks them, stops all automation for that person and tells the team. On email, an Apollo search runs through Apify for a different investor profile each weekday. Every address is verified and logged in one sheet, and new leads go into the Instantly campaign for that profile.
05How it went live
LinkedIn went live first, in June 2025. The email side followed over June and July.
06What changed
Investor outreach goes out every weekday without anyone building lists or writing notes, and nobody who replies gets another automated message.
